Rebuilding Ground Zero is the definitive mini-series chronicling the historic reconstruction of the World Trade Center site.

Each episode will focus on a different aspect of the reconstruction, ranging from the Freedom Tower to the Memorial to the Neighborhood, as well as the history of the original towers. The project will focus on the Architectural and Engineering aspirations of the reconstruction, and will celebrate the people who are working tirelessly to execute that vision.

At the conclusion of our final episode, we will watch and listen as President Obama stands at the unveiling of the Memorial on 9/11/11, inviting the world to celebrate our healing together. Around him and beneath him will be the greatest single effort of engineering and construction in American history. And intercut with the speech will be the faces of the people who made it happen, steeped in the emotion of the healing and cleansing that is taking place. The message will be powerful, personally for them and universally for all of us: Humanity, come look at what we can accomplish when we work together and embrace our noblest selves. We will not be defeated by terror and fear. In fact we will become more beautiful, more safe, more welcoming than ever before. How this vision is being made real - and the human drama behind the achievement - is our story.
